Looks bigger than it really is

I really liked the color, the overall design is very nice. At the same time, the size of the bowl itself is very deceptive. I know there is a measurement, but some people (myself included) are not very good with measurements. The description says it will hold 1 large ball of yarn or several small ones. The image provided shows a few small ones, but now I think they are very small. I'm sure my mum would love it, I would have preferred it to be a little bigger.

Nice but needs more!

I like this bowl. The color is so pretty and the bowl works great. Once my yarn is reduced to a size that fits in a bowl! Unfortunately the description says "very large yarn will do" but I make a large blanket with Bernat Blanket Yarn 220 yards long. on a strand and it's not even close. I wish they were about twice the size and I would definitely order again. For now I'm just hoping my next project uses less yarn so I can enjoy this pretty bowl!

I wish I had bought this years ago!

A few months ago I bought my first yarn bowl. I was one of those knitters who used to pull at the core after digging around and pulling out some rat's nests with the end of the yarn! I got tired of twisting the yarn and then having to "hang" the ball and twist the string before continuing. I then started knitting from the outside rather than flattening and loosening the wool and that cured the curls. But then I had a new problem - I had to chase the ball all over the floor. When I saw this…
