No difference between day and night

was damaged The last time I changed the cabin filter, I bought a filter from Mann. This time I got Frame. It cost a little more, but I was probably fooled by Fresh's packaging and marketing promises. I'll probably go back to cheaper filters since my salon hasn't freshened up noticeably and my budget must be tight.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

May reduce airflow from vents

After installing the cabin air filter, I noticed that the airflow from my car's vents was significantly reduced. I took the car to the dealer thinking there was something wrong with my air conditioning but they told me my newly installed cabin air filter was too thick. I'll let you draw what you want, the filter will fit, but the material used to filter the air was deemed too thick for my car according to OEM guidelines.

Pros
  • Best in class

The smell of fresh air. go to cabin air filter

When you remove the old filter and it looks like it was never changed, you'll wonder why I waited so long. You breathe air that passes through the cabin filter and it should be as clean as possible. I could tell a difference in the smell coming out of the vents once I changed the filter. Maybe it was a fresh breeze or removing an old filter that the lab experiment grew on. Changing the filter on the new Volkswagen Beetle is difficult, but it's worth it. Will only use this filter.

Pros
  • Rugged Finish
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Good processing quality with this filter.

Installed on VW Jetta 2.0 Manual Transmission 2002 Be careful with the rain tray when installing. These rain bowls are made of very brittle plastic and will break if you look at them the wrong way. Good price as the car zone was almost double the price. I couldn't justify buying a cheap base filter from Autozone when I could buy it online for the same price and it's a better quality filter. Mounting on it is better than the standard version. If you go to Autozone you can see it in person and…

FRAM CF8644A Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter

FRAM CF8644A Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter - I have a 2002 Jetta Wagon TDI and need to change the cabin filter. I tried this filter because it's discounted and the final cost is about $7. I opened the box and the new cabin air filter was sealed in plastic. I don't expect but I've been told that carbon filters lose their ability to filter properly unless they are sealed? I don't know if it's true, but I'm telling you all it was sealed in plastic. I replaced the filter, I didn't even look at the…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Fit for 2003 VW Passat Wagon V6 GLX. The exchange process was pretty easy. I highly recommend sanitizing the cabin air intake with a Lysol aerosol spray to remove the musty smell caused by mold and to kill any germs that may be lodged in the vents. A simple process to start the air conditioner in manual mode with the fan running at full power for a few minutes. After removing the old filter, simply spray Lysol on the air intake for about 30 seconds without turning off the fan. Be sure to open…
