It works great until the suction runs out. I think that after some time there will be air underneath. I use it in the shower. I also need to slant it to make sure it fits without crossing the joints between the tiles. Also, I now take it off after showering because I know it will lose its hold after a while and if I pick it up in the shower I'm sure it will stay put. I use it for balance and never put my full weight on it because I know it won't hold me.

The pole attaches very easily once the suction cup areas are dry. It's easy to remove and reposition, which is a very valuable feature, at least for me. I bought other roll bars from other manufacturers. The suction cup will release after 30 minutes. This product has cups that almost attach themselves. I was surprised. Once the cup snaps in I can't get it out, but I wouldn't recommend anyone using it as a gym. This will most likely cause the bar to become weak and could lead to injury.

Bought as a replacement. I have several in my soul. Sometimes it helps to have something to hold on to or to hang up a washcloth. I have 3 smaller ones upstairs and this one is actually at the bottom of my shower. I use it to hang a bathmat in the shower. I try to clean them often as they are prone to mold and often check how well they are attached to the wall.
