My morning coffee comes to life with this kettle, color matched to my kitchen cabinet, kettle and toaster. whistles, and it looks exceptionally cool. Try it, you will definitely like it.

I really like this teapot. Easy to clean and beautiful. I just leave the water on and refill as needed and only wash occasionally. Not sure if you should leave water inside but I had no problems. There is a ceramic coating inside, so everything should be fine. My whistle isn't working, so if that's important to you, it might not be the right kettle.

the whistle could be louder, less than I thought, otherwise good quality, well made, enamel, care instructions are not there eg do not leave water in it overnight! Good workmanship, the handle does not move, there is a central lid for filling and cleaning. One of the few not made in China (made in Thailand) liked the reviews, not the cheap $42 and hope it lasts until I think about turning it off, melting it and leaving water in it!

Gift to mother-in-law for Christmas. I did some research and it had the best reviews. Has lived up to expectations. I wouldn't say she's a heavy tea drinker, but every time I've used her she's been very durable, pretty, clean and non-abrasive, with a nice whistle. Not stunning, but not ideal for the hearing impaired either. Ideal for people sensitive to noise. The lid opens easily and pours out very easily. Definitely 5/5 for 4 months use.

It took much longer than I expected to find a replacement for my previous kettle. That's it! It's beautiful and durable and looks great. There are no fragile parts on the handle to break or melt. The plastic on the handle gets hot, but not enough to require a hot glove. I bought another kettle with a plastic button to open the spout lid and returned it because the button mechanism broke on the second day!
