My MIL lives with us and has dementia. Several times we woke up in the middle of the night and heard the water running. It was the perfect solution. Installation took less than an hour - easy enough for anyone to replace a standard BR faucet. Works like clockwork so far!

It's so easy to install, the only problem is difficult access to the drain. You can't control the temperature every time as the temperature controller knows it's under the sink, but once you set it up it will adjust to the desired temperature. I installed it in a kids bathroom and now the kids want to wash their hands more often than before.

My company bought them for all the toilets in all our offices. I was very impressed with how easy it was to install and set up. I wish the included water lines were a bit longer for ease of installation and access to the main unit to change the battery. To make the installation easier, I connected the water lines to the main electrical box prior to installation. I also used tape to prevent leaks. After installation I adjusted the hot/cold water proportional valve and they are all adjusted.

Others have complained about different features and components compared to more expensive faucets. I can say that this faucet is tremendous value for the money! I put some silicone under the faucet where it meets the sink to keep it in place, but that's fine. We use it downstairs in our licensed home based daycare so it has been used a lot. So the faucet works well and does the job I need it to. Some things I would change: 1. The faucet base is not flush with the sink. There is a gap of about 1/8 inch. A rubber seal had to be provided to prevent dust or dirt from entering this gap. 2. Provide longer hoses for cold and hot water lines. The leads are 20 inches long.
