My company bought them for all the toilets in all our offices. I was very impressed with how easy it was to install and set up. I wish the included water lines were a bit longer for ease of installation and access to the main unit to change the battery. To make the installation easier, I connected the water lines to the main electrical box prior to installation. I also used tape to prevent leaks. After installation I adjusted the hot/cold water proportional valve and they are all adjusted.
