It is very user-friendly for new users who are not familiar with charting services or even analytics tools in general! Chartmetric's ability to provide music data at the micro level of a single artist, label, or team was the reason we utilized the platform. I dislike that the interface is a bit clunky to use and understand for the layperson. I have also not found any direct benefits of Chartmetric.
