With its’ full tang design and rounded handle, it is moisture, heat and impact resistant. 🔪SHARP EDGE & 10~12° SHARPENING ANGLE – Sharpness is key. Hand-polished by craftsmen with decades of experience to ensure its durability. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2mm. Its hand-polished edge is 10-12 degrees per side, which is sturdy and sharp to get the job done perfectly. German steel full shaft knife with sheath

This is a good knife and I love that it comes with a sheath as I use a knife box. It has a wooden handle, I've never heard of Pakkawood, but it's nice that the handle is made of wood. Be sure to hand wash and dry immediately after use and never soak. You don't want it to rust!
