I saw one at a friends house and thought it would be a great idea so I bought these. Works like a charm and once you put the flashlight away it cleans up really well in the dishwasher and is a great product.

This is a useful tool when you are grilling at night. We've had other clip-on lights but they don't seem to last long. This is a simple one handed tool. If I had one change, I would prefer the end of the tongs to be flat so it slides under the meat more easily and doesn't pierce the meat (and release the juices). But it's great for veggies.

The product arrived on time, but the product packaging was missing an LED flashlight, there was no clip to close the handles, the box appears new to have been packed. One of the previous reviewers had the same problem. Very disappointed. By softer pliers I mean I wish they were regular serrated pliers. Depending on what you're cooking, the edges of the tongs could potentially dig into the meat (which should be avoided).
