Great product, minor downsides

Bought this glass watering can for my girlfriend along with the recommended matching stainless steel strainer. She loves the look, it's easy to use and holds enough coffee to fill 2 large coffee mugs and the taste is... . Well, it's an overflow. The taste just can't be beat. falls.1. The strainer can be grabbed with a handle or a pull tab. Especially to grab it after use and remove it from the double glazed window. Since the base is usually still hot, removing it from the top of the glass block

Brews great coffee, stylish/ergonomic! Uses fewer beans than my french press!

Well I finally came to Chemex after my wife broke my drip can in Osaka! I have to say I don't miss that much! The coffee maker is beautiful and makes great coffee! It's got a great grip that you'll want to hold, and with a filter it's way better than a fine-mesh metal filter that takes five years to brew, even when rubbed down with baking soda and vinegar. The best cups of coffee in my life.

I have had many coffee machines before, many fully automatic coffee machines, cheap espresso machines, metal filters over the cup, but this is the best coffee I have ever drunk. Nowhere have I ever made better coffee than with this Chemex. It has a very distinctive look, very decorative but useful. It's a 6 cup teapot, 30 ounces, that's 5 ounces each, so keep that in mind. Don't pay a high price for a fragile product and terrible customer service.

TLDR: This is a cheap product and Chemex does not offer absolutely zero customer service if you purchase your product here. work exactly the same and have comparable customer service. I bought this coffee maker just a week ago to replace a 6 cup Chemex brewer I previously owned for 2 years.
