Chemical Guys MIC_495 Microfiber Sponge Review

Glides smoothly over the surface, haven't noticed any scratches from use. I also noticed that it doesn't seem to have any dirt or grime on it, which is a good thing.

Only used once. It does the job. Not sure if it's worth the $12 I paid for it, the strap doesn't make as much of a difference as I was hoping. Will be updated after further uses.

Excellent sponge! Perfectly cleans and cares for the car. It's quite large, so quite bulky, but it's great that you can clean so much surface area at once. The color corresponds to the picture. Recommend!

I have a feeling that dishwashing gloves can leave dirt where no pressure is applied. This is great as there is a sponge inside that helps distribute pressure more evenly with each touch.

Wanted a good car sponge with deep grooves and not glove style. It meets all these requirements and looks and feels good. I've only used it once so far but I still have a feeling it will last a while.

Much better than those mittens which fall apart the second use and make you feel gross putting them on your hand! Works great on wheels (much better than just a sponge) and really penetrates. Cleans well and seems to last a long time.

The wristband broke on the first day of use. It still works great as a sponge though. I like the size bigger than my mitten. I also like that I can just drop it while doing other tasks. The scrubber side worked well on some heavily polluted sites. I can hold it well and don't need a strap. I'm still disappointed with the lack of quality.
