🍒 Cherry Bomb 7480 Extreme Muffler: Unleash the Power of Performance Review

If you want a great sounding exhaust and want it on the cheap, get this one! It rumbles slightly at 1300-1500 rpm, but everything is fine on the highway. Perfectly silent at idle unless the AC is on but when you step on the gas it wakes up, nice raspy sound and much deeper than I expected from the v6. I can only recommend it for 4.0. This is Cherry Bomb's loudest muffler, but the Tacoma is okay and not too bad.

It's raw and sounds ten times better than the mufflers I had. I read a review that said this drone spins at around 1-2k RPM, which is quite different from what I've experienced with throttle silencers which spin the drone at around 2-4.5k RPM. min approach Since the pipe size on the car is 2 1/4 inches and the pipe size for it is 2.5 inches, it complements the car well. Cherry Bomb Extreme 7480 drove my 2012 jku Sport Limited (3.6). For those of you considering this option, do it! Smooth, deep, creaky or rather reserved. Ordered and received a CB Extreme muffler for my 1994 Toyota 4x4 w/22RE which looked the same as all the other mufflers in this style such as Flowmaster and Thrush throughout the ages without the higher costs. Once welded in place and running through a stock 1 1/2 inch exhaust system, the audio tone was very noticeable and very reassuring compared to the turbo muffler it replaced. Mufflers sound great. Better than the Flowmaster 10 I was planning to buy. They sound low and moderate but are noticeable in normal driving, but in WOT, BEWARE! THEY SCREAM! They crackle nicely at high revs and gurgle under braking/downshifts. This is a good muffler with a deep sound! I use them on the v6 Charger Rally, two of these replace my center mufflers with the resonators removed. Got it today, went and installed it. I took some of the reviews of baffles coming off to heart, so I checked before I welded them on. The exit end baffles had some decent ribs and looked solid, but the entry end was a different story. There were a few heat marks on the reflector and case, but nothing that looked like filler metal. Easy fixation with short bead top and bottom with MIG before welding. I suggest you do the same if you have welders in the shop. It will take you 30 seconds to look…
