I like that I can have access to everything from anywhere! It is easy to use, intuitive, and so far has been very helpful for me! I love that this program is so user friendly, it's easy to navigate which makes for less stress! The customer service has been great too!! There are some features of this software we wish could be improved but they have already taken those into consideration by having multiple different plans available now. I like that it is easy to use, has great features and is very user friendly. It also allows me to keep track of my time and attendance. I dislike that it takes a long time to load sometimes. Sometimes it will freeze up for a few minutes or more. It's not that bad but it can be frustrating at times.
