Worst purchase ever, don't make the same mistake.

In this store, I also planned to buy an adult stunt scooter for my son, as well as protection and a helmet for my daughter. After what happened, of course, I have no desire to buy anything in this store. I would not recommend anyone to buy items from this store.

  • We bought a Globber children's scooter for 9500 in Simferopol. When choosing, consultants convinced of the high quality and reliability of the scooter of this company, which determines the high cost. After my 5-year-old daughter rode TWO times in the park on asphalt, a very strong play appeared in the steering mechanism. This is the first two-wheeled scooter for my daughter, so she does not perform tricks on it, but only got on it for the first time and learns. 10 days after the purchase, I turned to the store with a complaint, in response, the administrator began to say some kind of nonsense: that this is normal for a folding mechanism, that you can ride in different ways, that they already sell them with such a backlash, and this is natural wear ( rode TWO times! )…. As a result, after a long scandal, they reported that it was a production defect or an assembly defect in the store, and they eliminated it and everything will be fine in the future. But after two rides in the yard, again, on the new asphalt surface, the backlash appeared again. I again went to the store with an ultimatum so that they would change my scooter to another manufacturer, to which they answered that this was not possible since there were traces of exploitation. They say that if there were no traces then they would have changed, but how to identify a marriage or a disgusting quality without starting operation. Again, they took everything apart, tightened it up and come with the words loosen up. The attitude towards customers is dismissive, they do not fight for their reputation, they sell products of terrible quality for expensive products, they do not meet the client's needs by solving the problem in order to maintain their reputation. If we bought a scooter for 3000 instead of 9500, I'm sure it would be better quality. And this is a beautiful appearance, “noodles on the ears” about high quality for a high price and, as a result, a scooter that cannot be operated. I took it back to them (without a refund), let them ride themselves and see what “G” they sell to people. And, yes, and supposedly a prestigious chain store, which, unlike others, gives a guarantee for its goods, as a result, the WARRANTY DOES NOT WORK AT ALL !

There are pros and cons, think before buying.

"Wow" effect is maximum. In fact, when driving on asphalt, something constantly rattles. I thought that I need to tighten the adjusting screw of the folding mechanism. Pulled up. The bouncer feels great. As a result, having disassembled the scooter, I realized that no one tried to solve the backlash issue. Clearances and level tolerances are normal for a scooter for 1000. The product did not disappoint, the quality pleases.

My son has been riding a three-wheeled Globber scooter since the age of 2. But now he grew up and asked for a two-wheeled one. We decided to buy the same Globber brand, because for almost 4 years of merciless operation, the Globber tricycle proved to be very worthy. We took a folding version (it seemed that it would be more convenient to transport a folding one in a car), but there is also an awkward one. The two-wheeled scooter was also not bad.
