Description of Children's 2-wheeled city scooter TechTeam City Scooter 2020, white

Characteristics Handlebar Material aluminum Adjustable yes Height 880-960-1040 mm Material grip rubber Deca Material aluminum Coating skin Width 136 mm Length 460 mm Brakes rear foot clearance 50 mm Wheels Diameter 200 mm Rear 200 mm Material polyurethane Bearings ABEC 9 Chrome Description One of the best selling models of 2019 - this scooter received an updated design and new anatomical grips in 2020. The scooter is equipped with front and rear shock absorbers, which, together with 200 mm wheels with a width of 30 mm and a special polyurethane coating, smooths out road bumps. Wheels use ABEC 9 bearings. The rear wheel is equipped with a brake-wing on which a mudguard with a red reflective element is installed. Special grooves in the handlebars and a wide handlebar clamp eliminate backlash at the attachment points, which is often a source of extraneous noise. The scooter comes in two versions of handles - with anatomical grips and with BarTape grips (in the form of "winding"). The steering wheel is fixed in three positions - from 88 to 104 cm from the surface. Durable aluminum deck with a width of 13.6 cm and a length of 46 cm is covered with wear-resistant skin (the working part of the "footspace" deck is 33.5 cm). For ease of parking, the scooter is equipped with a folding footboard. The folding system is made according to the Push&Fold scheme. This time-tested, reliable system completely eliminates backlash at the folding point. The scooter is presented in two color combinations - white with red elements and black with green elements. Big wheel scooterBig wheel scooters are very popular scooters for adults and children. Obviously, scooters with large wheels have a large cross-country ability, because their diameter is 200 mm. But it happens that such scooters can have wheels with a diameter of 185 mm or more. Not only teenagers, but also adults decide to buy a scooter for an adult in Moscow, St. so often push off in order to gain good speed. What are the advantages of scooters with large wheels? The main features of scooters with large wheels are: folding design; maximum speed and maneuverability among all scooters; wheel diameter at least 200 mm. For convenient storage and transportation of scooters with large wheels, bags and special cases are used. The number of people who want to buy a scooter with big wheels in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Chelyabinsk and other cities is growing before our eyes, because it is very easy to move around on them without stopping

Nice price, good quality.

I recommend that you first disassemble the steering part, lubricate the two bearings and tighten the column normally. And then just ride.

Pros
  • Cute, not heavy. I liked the quality of the material. The upper lock on the steering wheel from the rattle of the removable handles. The rear shock absorber works fine, the front one is rather stiff. I took the model without a hand brake, the weight is lighter.
Cons
  • The steering column was not tightened, on the first day the steering wheel loosened from the upper bearing, 2 balls fell out.

It comes with loose wheels and a front fender, but it won't take you more than 10-15 minutes to install them, so don't worry. Moreover, all the necessary tools (screwdriver and hexagon) are included.

Pros
  • Very cool scooter! It is foldable, it has a belt, it is lightweight and durable in appearance, it has 200 mm wheels, a retractable handlebar. And yes, it looks good too!
Cons
  • The handles are painfully short - it will not be possible (or it will be possible with great difficulty) to hang a bell or a phone holder. Also, the platform is a little short, I would like more (I speak as an adult with a 45 foot size).

Scooter delivered today. Packed well, the box is whole, the courier is polite. We will test. Looks strong, heavy. We are 10 years old. We'll get used to it. We bought a castle in advance. Liked it.

Pros
  • Foldable, there is a carrying strap. Powerful. He flew around the apartment. In general, some advantages. Worth your money.
Cons
  • Haven't found yet.

No minuses as such, comfortable to use.

In general, the purchase is satisfied. With its pros: Received, assembled, everything seems to be strong, seemingly reliable. Haven't tried it yet Its cons: The color of the inserts in the order indicated gold, came with red

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

The child is very happy, we have had the scooter for more than a year, it is still riding. A big plus is durability and high wear, which is important when the child is very active. The wheels are equipped with light bulbs that light up when driving.

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

The handles in the photo do not correspond to the fact - the actual ones are more convenient than those indicated in the photo. Its pros: Large power reserve. Well built and put together. Folding. The footboard often helps out. The large height of the steering wheel with locks is very convenient for an adult. Cons below: A little tight to turn - perhaps this is only the first time after the purchase. For someone - weight (he is not easy).

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I bought a scooter as a gift for my daughter for her birthday, instead of an electric one. My daughter is 7 years old, but she is solidly large, so I chose a scooter with a normal load. The scooter was declared as 10+, up to 100 kg, sometimes you can ride it yourself). After looking at a number of models and reading reviews, I chose the TT City Scooter (2022). The price for this scooter is average, in principle, I counted on this amount. In reality, it turned out to be even better than in the…

Pros
  • Appearance of the scooter. Seemingly durable. Shock absorbers on 2 wheels. Pretty light.
Cons
  • Not found yet.

This is our first adult scooter. Nothing much to compare with. We needed a universal scooter for the family. Basically, my son is 6 years old to drive, because. he had already grown out of his childhood and sometimes even tumbled over the steering wheel. And on this I can sometimes ride (height 179), and my wife and son (height adjustment of the steering wheel allows). Riding with a child is not comfortable, because. the deck is still small and not designed for two. The front shock absorber is…

Pros
  • Beautiful design, shock absorption on the front and rear wheels. Footrest available.
Cons
  • On the deck is a normal skin. I would like a rubber pad, but I understand that it would cost more. The lack of a hand brake at this price I do not consider it a disadvantage.

The goods are normal, money is not wasted!

I almost didn’t ride it, I didn’t have time, the snow had already fallen, I couldn’t go until spring. On the box with the name of this scooter, the permissible weight is up to 80 kg. And on the steering wheel of the scooter there is a sticker where it is written that the maximum allowable weight is up to 100 kg. What to believe, 80 or 100, is unclear. But if I broke the deck of the Ridex Apollo scooter with my 75 kg after four months of daily trips, then the City Scooter probably has up to 80…

Pros
  • The steering wheel is high, it is convenient for me, an adult, from 180 cm. Good wheels and bearings, there is a rear shock absorber.
Cons
  • I immediately unscrewed the footboard, it was screwed so that it could touch the unevenness of the asphalt. The folding mechanism is unreliable, I know this from two of my other scooters: Capella Town Rider and Ridex Apollo with the same folding system. The folding mechanism at the Ridex Apollo lasted only three months, and then began to fold itself. Capella Town Rider, so after two weeks it split into two parts, the steering wheel separately, the deck separately. It is necessary to take a drill, drill a hole where the folding mechanism is, insert a screw with a nut into it, then it holds securely, but the scooter can no longer be folded. Manufacturer, is it really so difficult to guess how to make a scooter that doesn’t have a folding system at all, that doesn’t fold? The folding system for scooters of any brand is their big drawback, which you have to fix yourself.

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

With its pros: Well made, big wheels, parking kickstand, height adjustable handlebars, shocks front and rear. Different cons: It is heavy for a child of 9 years old, although he drags himself up small stairs.

The product is not good, I will not buy any more.

Yesterday we bought this scooter for our son. What are your impressions? Negative and they already appeared at the time of assembly. Having tightened the bolts to the stop, both the front and the rear wheels - play, if you change the wheels in places (on one the bearing sticks out by 2 mm), then the front wheel is tightened and there is no play, but then the rear wheel dangles even more. Accordingly, the rattling is terrible, it is, as it were, not surprising given such gaps. There are no…

Pros
  • Didn't find it. My son didn't get to ride.
Cons
  • wheel play, rattles like a bucket of nails
