🔧 Comprehensive Repair Guide: Chilton Chevy Camaro/Firebird 1993-2002 Manual (28284) Review

Definitely more detailed and thinner than Haynes. Completed six tasks for this purchase 2 months ago. That's $6,000 that will stay in my wallet. The Chiltons are a bit more detailed than the Haynes manuals, but for people like me that's a nice difference.

I'm not a real mechanic just trying to keep my cars running. I bought this manual along with another brand so I had at least two views and instructions for most jobs. This guide is VERY detailed and written for beginners like me. Having used and relied on it a few times I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone needing extra help with their car!

This guide is a good buy for its purpose, but don't trust it completely. Some information is incorrect or missing as GM changes designs and features almost every year. For example: very detailed engine controls, but NO dashboard wiring diagrams. However, even the significantly more expensive factory manuals for these vehicles are not always correct.
