This is a beautiful and economical replacement for a mirror. It looks identical to the previous aftermarket mirror I bought, but with a few upgrades: there's a plastic bushing in the ball joint to make the movement smoother; the mounting knob/bracket/base is metal, not plastic. Nieh. It fits the previous bracket on my Nissan Sentra 06 (once I figured out how to remove the old one). it has less depth, and the dimmer switch lacks the OEM's positive "clunker" feel, and it also seems to zoom in a bit more than the original. I would give zero stars if possible. If you need a rear-view mirror, then perhaps a piece of cardboard covered in aluminum foil is more functional than this maximum-disruptive beast. I bought this to replace a dying mirror in a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. The original mirror fails at the edges where moisture (or air) appears to slowly erode and discolor the mirror film. It should be a replacement. On the plus side, this mirror is a lot cheaper than a dealer replacement. This is the only saving factor…
