Description of 🦵 OptiComfort Leg Undersleeve by circaid: Enhanced for Lightweight Convenience and Unparalleled Comfort

The circaid Undersleeve – Leg liner is designed to offer individuals the opportunity to embrace a comfortable, convenient experience while dealing with other injuries. The liners are lightweight but thick enough to provide a dry, comfortable wear. CONVENIENCE: The leg sleeves may be purchased in either sock form with only one open end, or with two open ends. The first provides a more comfortable experience overall, while the latter allows for the donning of regular footwear. DRY: By acting as a barrier between your skin and compression accessories like knee or ankle braces, this undersleeve not only keeps wearers comfy, but keeps sweat and moisture at bay throughout the day. COMFORT: These undersleeves are perfect for use as a way to prevent chaffing on your sensitive or healing skin while you’re in recovery or making use of compression accessories. The padding simply adds a much-needed layer of comfort. PROTECTION: Not only can this liner protect your skin from chaffing, but it also acts as an additional layer of defense if you place it over a dressing. In the event that you experience weeping while you’re out, you won’t need to worry about stains.

Extreme Drop In Quality

I've been using them since 2015, just as described. I just received a new package, it's terrible. They are made in China and in generic packaging. The fabric is dense, not very elastic, rough. The originals are soft, stretchy, and made in the USA. The new ones are 3/5 longer than the original. Is this a fake or just an unfortunate CircAid solution? The label on the box contains the same description as on the original. I don't want to grind my sensitive skin.

  • Best in Niche

Some pros and cons

I've found that the super soft calf compression relieves painful calf cramps. However, even the lightest compression is more than I need. Knee socks don't fit me because my legs get too hot. So it seemed like a good compromise. I like everything about them except that the fabric is too thick (warm) but I can live with that. My biggest concern, however, is that it's not very soft; In fact, it's kind of prickly/itchy.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Comfortable compression

My husband's lower sleeve for his circaid wrap had creases and was completely stretched. The last time this happened we had to order bandages and compression stockings to get a new sleeve. Our doctor's office informed us that we cannot purchase the undershirt separately. So I cut a few stitches and sewed on a new cuff for his lower sleeve, but soon we had stitches again. So I decided to check out Revain to see if they carry the bottom sleeve separately! Well, I found the lower sleeve! So I…

Very comfortable Circaid undersleeves

They are a very comfortable and essential part of the Circaid compression system, even in hot weather. They are a cotton blend with very good elasticity to fit most feet. I would give these sleeves five stars if they were hemmed at both the top and bottom. The raw end tends to unravel in the wash and tumble dry. The resulting threads sometimes become tangled with other items in the laundry. As such, I carefully trim any loose threads at the open ends of these lower sleeves before beginning the…

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for support and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Perfect for light compression and lower sleeves

I wear them under cotton pajama bottoms. As a writer, I sit a lot and have often had problems with varicose veins. I have a pair of these to wear under compression garments but have since had vein surgery to relieve the pressure. So if I'm sitting all day or standing in one place for a long time, like ironing or spending hours in the kitchen, I wear them. Nice and light, doesn't slip, doesn't stop my bleeding and is comfortable. and doesn't itch. LIGHT COMPRESSION is what I use it for. Or on a…
