Not sure if it's a switch, inverter or something else

I have a 60A breaker between my battery (24V 100Ah) and the inverter (3kW Giandel) added. Turns on the 1800W microwave for about 10 seconds, then turns off. The microwave outlet plugs directly into the tips of the high power air conditioner and not into standard inverter outlets. I've been looking for a solution I could find, but maybe just the switch itself?

Pros
  • Switch and Relay
Cons
  • Only available in black

High voltage drop. Not as advertised

I used a 300A model between a 400Ah battery and a 3000W inverter with 2/0 cords and was only able to microwave for 4 minutes Operate before the voltage drops below 12 (under load) and the system turns off. I squeezed about 120 amps out of the battery. I removed the breaker and ran a direct positive lead between the battery and the inverter and the microwave worked perfectly, never shutting down or dropping voltage while running for 10 minutes. I would return it if I could because it's no use to

Complete rubbish of spares

125 amps complete failure at 100 amps and current regulation by my motor controller 100 amps max all and left me on the side of the road 4 miles from home. This shouldn't have happened, especially since my current regulator was up to 100 amps max while I was driving 120 amps consistently at 150 amps max with my regulator, and the batteries are rated for 160 amps max. In the worst case, it should have started and not failed completely. And to be honest it actually failed on the 60 amp setting…

  • Circuit breaker

  • Pinched

Cheap Protection - Switch

I'm sticking this between the battery and the winch. So I don't have to melt the cables or the battery poles in the event of a short circuit or the winch standing still for too long. I do NOT expect this little circuit breaker to work as a $1000+ industrial part. It probably won't handle excessively high inrush current or even full load current for long, so it should be sized larger than you need but small enough to save on your wiring. I wouldn't use it as a load regulator switch either. I…
