Well the name speaks for itself. So far I've only used the smaller sizes for knitting socks but they were terrible. Size 1 was very thin so it was easy to bend and deform. They weren't straight and some of them had cracks and splinters in the wood that got caught in the yarn. I hated them so much I gave up and bought Clover knitting needles (which are nice to use). When I received the Clover needles I compared them and found they were the wrong size too! I even used my calipers. A set that says

As mentioned, some needles were missing when I received them (sizes 3 and 5) and 1 size 6 needle had a split point that only allowed 1 point (disqualification from DPN). I contacted the seller who offered a partial refund. The quantity was reasonably priced but I primarily needed a size 5 and asked for a replacement. They said they couldn't do it and referred me to an amazon who did the job. Revane only offered a refund, not a replacement. I guess that means I'll either buy another set as I…

Surprised by these needles. I don't use DPN very often and didn't want to get them from my usual location because of the coast, so I went with them as this whole set was double the size of two sizes from my other location. When they arrived the ends were square rather than rounded, but after using the kit for a couple of hours they went for round ends.
