However, if you're using a USB Wireless Unifying receiver to control your keyboard and mouse, you'll notice some degradation in keyboard performance, especially from time to time. For best performance, you'll likely need a wired keyboard if you're using a wireless mouse.

I have two monitors, one 32 inch that only supports DVI so I bought this switch. The second, 24 inches, supports DVI, VGA and HDMI. The switch is only displayed on the second monitor. The first monitor lights up as if receiving a video stream, but never displays an image. I'm not sure what technology the switch uses, maybe it converts it, but I need a DVI only connection for the first monitor as it isn't compatible with any of the other video types.
