Scotchgard Clear Paint Protection Film Roll - 3M Bulk, 4x72 inches Review

Great product. I use it on my expensive mountain bike to protect the paint from all the rides I do. This allows me to protect my bike from stones and other foreign objects that could damage or scratch the paintwork. So 3m complete!

I installed this on my 2015 Durango rocker panels to protect the rocker panels from scratches and chips. Installs easily and is almost transparent as you can't tell it's there unless you bend over and look at it very closely. Let's see how well it holds up.

I used it on door panels to avoid scratching the panels with my shoes, it worked well, it should give information on what type of wet spray you use with the Use Application I've used a window film spray and it worked well, but you only have to use a little spray or the film won't stick or stay in place.

No assembly instructions included. Good product. Have used this product many times. When applying, it is best to clean the area and then use a spray bottle with water and a few drops of baby shampoo. Spray the area where the product will be applied, then remove the product and spray onto the sticky side of the product. A high-quality thing, but it is extremely difficult to put it on the front of the car (front bumper or hood) if there are bends or corners . The material is not wrinkle-free and it was a beautiful, warm summer's day. It is also very noticeable/cloudy on the vehicle and has nothing to do with the practically invisible factory app. I feel relatively well and have at least moderate DIY skills and have to admit defeat. Purchased to protect the rocker panel paint on our new Honda CR-V. I've put some decals on and know the installation process (although I've read the .pdf file on the 3M website). I had to reduce the width to 3" after installing the first bar because 4" was too wide for the sill and I had to trim it with scissors, making the edge uneven.
