Type of review

I love how easy it is for all of our sales reps when they are out in field calls or at events! It makes their job so much easier because we can keep up right along side them as if were sitting next too each other instead from being miles apart!! Sometimes there may be lag time between updates but thats usually just my internet connection not cloud kettle itself - which i find annoying sometimes hahaBut overall its great. Would definitely recommend using Cktella over anything else available now

  • Super Easy to use, no learning curve
  • Ability To work remotely with co workers while having team chat function included (even better)
  • Chat Function that works well across multiple devices/platforms like Skype etc
  • Good customer support staff who help me understand features & functionality quickly

Easy integration with Salesforce and Marketing Automation

I love how easy it is for new users of cloud kettle to learn how they can integrate into their workflows within sales force or marketing automation tools such as Hubspot/ Marketo etc. The support team are always quick at responding back when you have issues which makes life easier than having someone else trying to fix your issue! Nothing really but if there was something in particular we would be interested then i think more features could help ease our pain points. Would recommend anyone who

Great product with great customer service

The ability for us as an organization can easily track all of our leads from their first visit through close or conversion via lead nurturing tools which are very helpful in increasing sales numbers! Not much at times but it is not because we don't have good support; more so just having issues setting up some features within cloud kettle such has sending out emails using templates/variables etc - they usually get those fixed quickly enough however sometimes you need someone who knows what your…

  • Can manage multiple account clients with one login.
  • Ability send personalized follow ups when there's no engagement after certain period, this saves time by reducing calls &amp meetings that may be unnecessary since prospect doesn’t want anything else if contact hasn' t been made already.)
Cons
  • Sometimes hard finding template links where needed
  • Need help understanding new software updates
