Nice needles

Nice needles that are nice to the touch and easy to work with, especially for beginners or those working on small projects. I bought two pairs for my two grandchildren but kept one pair for myself. They work well for knitting small patterns on large projects when checking gauge or comparing to suggested stitches per inch on a pattern.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

The best needles I've ever used.

I only use Clover Takumi needles. They are smooth but not slippery. The point is quite sharp, I prefer 9 inch needles because the longer ones get caught on the sleeves and it's annoying. I knit a lot and love to have knitting tools on hand. Plastic and aluminum needles are too smooth and the seams slip. These are the perfect needles.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not trendy

Good for beginners unless you knit too tightly

These are #11 needles I would say good for beginners. That's why I bought them, however I've since found out that I'm a very tight knitter and therefore prefer metal needles as the yarn slips off more easily. If you are a tight knitter I do not recommend them. If you are a beginner and are looking for an easy grip needle to keep yarn in place, then this is a great option. They are a bit short and I usually do bigger projects using thick yarn so I don't like the length but I think each needle…

Pros
  • Easy to read panel
Cons
  • Some little things
