Keepers of ideas, hands off!

If you think this is the answer to your ironing prayers, I would think again. I'd rather press with my fingers than with that cheap thing that will definitely break if you're anything but gentle. This is a cheap, useless product that makes me feel stupid for falling in love with it. Seriously, your fingers have more control and pressure than this thing.

Pros
  • Nice View
Cons
  • Some Flaws

I use it for paper crafts

I don't use it as a sewing tool. I use a bone binder with paper instead. Excellent, leaves no trace. Bone folders can leave marks on colored paper, but not this. I'm glad I saw it and decided to try it. Yes, it's also handy for going over the little double crochet on the letters and if there's a bit of a twisted cut line it smoothes it out nicely.

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • Minor problems

I love this item more than I thought

I never got one because of the price. $15 for this little video? Well I finally bought it and I like it. I use it a lot more than I thought I would and it has a really good ergonomic grip. Can't believe how effective this is for folding and checking for double tape before removing the backing etc. Well worth it in the end.

Pros
  • Comfortable ergonomic handle
Cons
  • I don't remember

Nothing seems better than my fingers

Looking for a product that would make ironing seams on cotton easier I thought I'd find a winner, unfortunately not yet. might meet my needs if I steam the seam and then press it down quickly. But I can do it with an iron. Now that I really see the value of this tool when making bags and zippers that require fabric folds. I used double stick tape instead of a fusible pad to hold the flaps in place. This tool is great for gluing fabrics. I also see where the hem tape could be used. Grandma was…

Pros
  • Easy and quick seam ironing
Cons
  • Bad instructions

Very handy little tool!

Media could not be loaded. I love this little tool for straightening seams. This saves a lot of time getting up and going to the ironing board if you have to iron out a lot of small seams while quilting. It's also easy on your fingers if you're the type of person who thinks finger tapping is the only quick alternative to the ironing board. I have a mini iron and ironing board that I used, but this method is faster and more convenient for me. I'll still use a board and hot iron for long seams…

Pros
  • Fabric does not pucker
Cons
  • Wrinkles
