Winter training indoors

I like the purchase, except that the ball does not reach the lawn. I mostly just use it with my 3 draws and driver because the ball sits too high for my irons.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Poor build quality good for exercise equipment

Metal ball stand. But the post connects the plastic base where it connects to the mat. Want to guess where it tears and falls apart after a few dozen hits? That's right, the plastic base.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Wouldn't buy again.

Used twice indoors. Maybe 100 hits. Most of these were short irons. Never fight a driver. The rubbery plastic arm broke. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a higher swing speed. Probably best to practice chipping.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Empty

Basement cheap and profitable

Bought a used Club Champ. The box came with visible tears and holes in the cardboard. The assembly was time-consuming and difficult, mainly due to the lack of equipment. Duct tape saved the day (temporarily). Ideal as waste material. Rated 2 but should most likely be somewhere between 0 and 0.5

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Broke after 5 hits.

I spent more time setting it up than actually using it. After 5 full hits with Iron 4, the plastic piece at the base of the suspension bar broke in half. I'm pretty sure one more hit will destroy this thing. You don't get a whiteline tour, that's why I bought it. I think it would be good for younger children but you might find something better elsewhere. If you have any muscles at all, you're going to break them.

Pros
  • Great workmanship
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Nice but not perfect.

Pretty nice. This is not what is shown in the main picture but the item in the box is made of black rubber and plastic. I use it on my patio as I'm in town. The ball's trajectory is always straight, so it doesn't show a cut or draw. It bounces a bit when unsecured. I actually bought it to visualize and swing something and not just practice swinging, it's pretty good for the price. So. If you just want to swing with the ball and don't mind it bouncing around a bit, this is for you.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Great for training on swing trainers

The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because the picture shows a white line on the turf, for when I checked the packaging opened, there was no white stripe on the lawn. I also don't know why it came with a thin mat and two strips of tape. The instructions only show how to assemble them and don't even show what the mats and strips are for. Also, the packaging was damaged and missing nuts and washers, but luckily I had spares so I could assemble it. It was easy to set up and I was able to…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Good for kids, not for those who know how to play.

I received the device, it doesn't look like the photo. It doesn't bother me too much but I don't like the quality of the ball and it's awkward to adjust. I consider it a very mediocre learning tool. This is fine for light contact practice, but won't help you with clipping or hooking problems. I have a low single digit handicap and trusting the direction of the ball, whether I'm throwing punches, hooks or straight shots, is like trusting a politician - never as advertised. I liked making contact

Pros
  • Top
Cons
  • Not bad
