This lens is super sharp and at $20 it's a great deal. so much so that I bought another one as a spare. this is comparable to the old cold blue AO lenses. i really like it

A bit skeptical. Looks cheaply made when you take it out of the box. But I'm totally confused! This lens is by far the best sharp lens I've ever used and I've tried them all. I even have some original cool blues! This lens is worth the money! Good product!

The filter is good, the glass is clear but the lens finish sucks. The edges are unfinished, sharp and prone to cracking and chipping. I've had it in a hinged hood for a few weeks and the edges are already torn. Luckily the shavings are small enough to be covered by the lightproof foil. But definitely something to consider.

Works very well I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the glass maintenance. sharper edges and better packaging. No cases or shells were supplied, just thrown in regular yellow bubble wrap. I keep it in the plastic case that came with the old knob plate I bought to replace.

I bought this gold plated lens for welding. I thought I was getting a fresh product from the factory that made it. I guess I was wrong. Like it was made in a decade. Has a texture on the glass of plastic packaging. I am unhappy that the lens has small scratches on the gold filter. It has fading on the gold side at the top and bottom of the lens. I may have to update later. I have to test the lens to change my mind.
