Description of Cobalt Jobber Length Drilling Metal: Unleash Precision and Efficiency

✔️ COBALT DRILL BIT DIMENSION:7/64"(Diameter) x 1-1/2"( Flute Length) x 2-5/8"(Overall Length). ✔️ COBALT MATERIAL: HSS(M35) Cobalt Steel is the premium material with high hardness and red hardness to enable long drilling life and fast drilling performance. ✔️ SURFACE TREATMENT: The Gold Oxide Ember finished surface treatment strongthen the hardness of drill bit body to ensure the long drilling life and better drilling performance. ✔️ SPLIT POINT ANGLE 135 DEG.: No center punch is needed- the aggrevsive 135 deg. Split Point quick-cutting points are self- centering and penetrate quickly with less pressure. will not "walk" or"wander". ✔️ APPLICATION: Best used for drilling into light-gauge metal, high-carbon steel, aluminum and alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel and titanium.

These pieces of cobalt are brittle and break easily.

These drills are designed to break the handles of traditional dinner forks and spoons and broke six jets in eight holes.I've used many DeWalt and Milwaukee cobalt jets with no problems. It may be factory seconds or I just have a bad batch but I don't recommend them.

Pros
  • ✔️ COBALT DRILL SIZE: 7/64" (diameter) x 1-1/2" (groove length) x 2-5/8" (overall length)
Cons
  • Crumpled Packet

Terrible exercises!

If it's "Cobalt" it must be the cheapest kind available! I have an HSS bit that cuts/drills circles around these things! I make a lot of "exotic" materials. titanium, niobium, damascus steel, etc. and I use a lot of drill bits! First, it is NOT a "135 degree division point". The drop is somewhere between 118 and 135 degrees and 1/2 the ones I got didn't have a "split point". I need to re-sharpen/re-sharpen ALL of these bits before using them. And when I used them, the best they could do was one

Pros
  • ✔️ COBALT MATERIAL: HSS (M35) Cobalt Steel is a high quality material with high hardness and red hardness for long life and fast drilling.
Cons
  • Little things

Replacement Drill Bit

For small jobs around the house, 1/8" bits are ideal for pre-drilling holes for driving wood screws. The only problem is that the drill eventually hits the ground and they always seem to land first. And it's annoying to buy replacements for $2.00 or $3.00 each [when a set of 20 is about $9.00] Therefore, bits have a short lifespan and eventually break.Construction projects. The last sentence was slightly different .I dropped the drill 3 times and instead of snapping off the bits they bent…

Pros
  • ✔️ 135 DEGREE PARTIAL ANGLE: No center punch required - aggressive 135 degree angle. The high-speed split-point blades are self-centering and penetrate quickly with less pressure. will not "walk" or "hike".
Cons
  • Older Doubtful Purchase
