Colgate Sensitive Pro-relief Enamel Repair Toothpaste, 4 Oz (3 Pack). Remineralizes the enamel and makes teeth more resistant against repeated acid attacks more effectively than fluoride alone. Builds a reparative layer that acts like a seal, helping to repair sensitive teeth for lasting protection against sensitivity, with regular use. Instant and lasting relief when used as directed.

Toothpaste Worked Well for Toothpaste

I've always had a tooth or two that were a bit sensitive to cold food/drinks, but suddenly that sensitivity skyrocketed; So I decided to do a little research on toothpastes for sensitive teeth and see if there is a brand out there that seems to do what it says it does and people who actually like it. I used to hear strange things about sensitive toothpastes and thought I was quite a picky toothpaste user but I found this brand which had great reviews on a few other websites so I decided to give

Brilliant, excellent, especially head and shoulders.

First, excellent packaging. The packaging is tamper evident, you must use the cap to break the seal on the tube. GENIUS. The taste is mild, not strongly minty. The tube is really big, my teeth are really whiter from the remineralization and my sensitivity is gone. My teeth hurt like something ungodly due to a large cavity in a molar. There is no more pain.

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Available in white only

Got rid of toothache

This toothpaste saved me from pain in a tooth. This tooth has recently become very sensitive to cold and chewing pressure. There was nothing abnormal on the X-ray. The dentist thought I needed a root canal and suggested I try that first. I noticed some relief after the first use and it only took me about 2 weeks of regular use before I felt full relief. It's expensive but worth it. I've been using it twice a day for about 3 months now and couldn't be happier. The instructions suggest massaging…

Relieves toothache much better than Ambesol or Sensodin

I am an elderly person and have constant toothache in two parts of my mouth. I've tried products like Ambesol and Sensodyne without much success. Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Enamel Repair was more expensive but worth every penny. I just rub a drop of Colgate on the painful area, leave it on for a minute, and then brush it off. I no longer have pain and don't wake up in the morning with clenched teeth. This really worked for me.

Oral Care Rule Changes

Holy Schniks! This stuff stops STAT sensitivity! Typically, teeth cleaning/fluoride treatment is performed three times a year. But I haven't been to the dentist since March 20th. The teeth became very sensitive in several places. Sensodyne stopped working. Have been using this toothpaste (and their mouthwash) for a week. pain = gone. Now I only use each every other day. for service. until I feel comfortable going to the dentist again.

Discontinued Product

There is currently no competing product in the US OTC market with the same combined potassium nitrate and fluoride potency as this one. However, when I called Colgate to inquire about the suspect expiration date (3 months from order date), they informed me that this product was discontinued in August 2014. They also said based on the batch number on the tube that the product they sent me was manufactured in November 2013. That means it's been on the shelf for almost two years. According to…

I bought this toothpaste because I have pretty sensitive teeth.

. Not exactly sure why. I've only had one tooth decay in my life, but I have some "weak spots". My teeth become very sensitive when I drink something very cold or very hot. I was tired of how touchy they were all the time. I researched this product and based on other reviews I decided to give it a try. Pretty big considering it comes with 3 tubes and if you don't like it you have 3 tubes of toothpaste that you don't need. But to my relief and the relief of my teeth, this product really works…

Pros
  • . Quality construction.
Cons
  • . Requires socket.

Great product, good price and bad information on the website.

Lots of confusing comments so I decided to just give a few facts. I ordered 2 days ago and received the package today. It consists of 8% arginine and 1.1% monofluorophosphate. Arginine works great - my tooth sensitivity is gone. The box says it was made by Colgate Canada and made in Brazil. The expiry date is December 2018, so in a year and a half. It is confusing that the Revain website contains errors. It correctly states that it is Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Enamel Repair. The box image…

Toothpaste is amazing

TL;DR This toothpaste, used once the night before, eliminated the sensitivity of my cracked teeth. It's been 17 years since I could enjoy a hot beverage without discomfort or pain. A few months ago I landed face first off the porch onto the concrete in front of my house. I broke 2 teeth and broke the third one. I also knocked out my permanent retainer. Since the age of 10 I have had metal in my mouth, be it braces or braces, which made eating hot and cold food and drinks uncomfortable. Knocked…
