Description of 🌈 Revolutionize Additive Manufacturing with Color Matrix 1 Products

[Why should I use PET?] both easy to use (like PLA) and sticking well between layers (like ABS), NOT easy to absorb moisture from the air (even being hygroscopic, you can use dryer to dry out). [Material: PET-1] slowing down the printing speed of first layer, raising the temperature (both bed and nozzle), so that PET is easy to print (like PLA). Advantages of PET: less stringing, the great molding. [Material: PET-2] PET is Plastic Recycling Symbol #1, and a mature material, owning long history (often used in bottles). [Recycle Spool & Refills] when running out of the filaments, using refill with the empty spool, then a brand-new filament would turn out, repeat usage, environmental. [Specification] 1KG net (=2.2 lbs), Diameter 1.75±0.03mm,Recommended Nozzle temp.: 210-230°C, Bed temp.: 60-80°C.

The Questionable Value of 3D Printing Consumables

As with any new filament, give it a head start on your first few prints. Experience is always necessary to get the job done. From what I can see at the moment, this is typographically equivalent to PETG. I don't see any smaller string or better connection than with a "G" thread. This means it is NOT as easy to work with as PLA. I'll refrain from doing this for a while as I've got quite a roll, but for now given the premium price I'd recommend waiting and seeing.

Great color and good print

I'm not entirely sure about the differences between PET and PETG, but this filament prints at the same temperature as PETG and works well. I like the color of the filament prints and they stick well to my textured film that I use for PETG. I haven't had any problems with the spool so far - the diameter seems consistent, the winding is good and the line doesn't have much tension. It seems a little pricey, but later purchases can reuse the same roll as when buying refills. This is a great idea…

Pros
  • 3D printing filament
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Includes reusable spool! Brilliant.

This review is for 1.75mm Color Matrix PET Filament. This material is very similar to PETG, but simply has no glycol added, so it doesn't have a G on the end. In comparison, PET is generally a more brittle plastic. PET is harder and less flexible than PETG. PET is a good choice when you want similar properties to PETG but in a tougher condition. If you have worked with PETG in the past, this should help you understand what PET has to offer. PET is commonly used in clear plastic bottles, which…
