The concept for this is a great idea. That being said, the magnets don't seem to be enough (or strong enough) to prevent it from slipping off. If there's only one person to place it on, you'll need to hold on to the side you placed first so it doesn't slide off when you're trying to wrap the rest of the cage. However, it fits perfectly with the cage we have.

When I ordered this product I expected to get something of good quality that would cover my cage. It wasn't like that. When I received it I was immediately glad I ordered 2 because I needed both for 1 cage. Then my macaw gnawed out the magnets that were cheaply sewn into the hem in about 10 minutes. This is the Wish version of the high quality cage cover. Don't take it, you will be disappointed.

I bought this when I bought a new bird cage as a "recommend to buy". it's really not that great. First, it doesn't hold up despite having spaced magnets along the edge of the fabric. It also has an odd chemical smell that isn't optimal for birds. To be honest I'll probably just throw it away. Anyway, my mom's green-cheeked kennel doesn't need a night cover—she's never used one. The bottom line is that it doesn't stick and smells like chemicals.

Fits my Prevue cage perfectly, has strong magnets and completely darkens the cage. A rag is enough to dip it in the protective cover around the bottom. My cockatiel instantly calms down and falls asleep when using this blanket. I would like a different design on the fabric but at least you can just flip it over to cover the bird on the front. Our 66" GCC play cage measures 32W x 23D x 32H while a 61" Lid doesn't go around his entire cage, it covers the front, both sides and wraps around the back of the cage a few inches on either side, since we pressed his cage against the wall the lid doesn't fully cover the back.
