Good quality coat. It's not as warm as I was hoping, but my son was able to wear it outside in the cold South Dakota winter with no discomfort. On the coldest days you may want to wear an extra layer underneath.

Many reviews have said the XXS (4-5) is too small and they are right. My 4 year old is small and this coat is perfect for him this winter. Besides the size, I like the coat. He says it's warm, but we haven't had a cold (below 20 degrees Fahrenheit) windy day, so I'll wait to rate that.

My son loves this coat. I like that it's not black :) It survived the cold Minnesota winter well. It works on the small side so I would order. My 12 year old fits a 16/18.

My son loves this. He is 13 years old, tall and slim, and the jacket fits perfectly. It's soft and he says it's warm. He went snowboarding on a cold day and said he felt comfortable in this jacket.

We received this coat early, this is my first time buying a Columbia for my son and I hope it will stand up to my 10 year old. I love the uniform and he still loves it. I would like to do another review in January just to let everyone know how it fares in the cold weather.

I ordered a large for my 9 year old son to get an extra season. I was glad I ordered a large one, it fit perfectly and didn't sit in my hands for long. There will probably only be one season, but it's worth the money. Feels a bit thin so you can add a second layer in cold weather. But in general the boy likes it, so that's the main thing.

My son liked it because it looked like Minecraft to him and I liked it because it's from Colombia so I ordered it. It has arrived and is better than I hoped it would be. Great quality, great fit and good colors. It is washable and reversible. My little bot loves it! I highly recommend this product!

We really like the coat, this is the third coat from the Columbia brand for boys. Compared to other boys' coats of the same age, the differences are clear. It is well made and has easy zippers. The material is softer and in this case reversible. Mass is much better. Our boys won't be wearing the hoods of other coats, but they will wear the Columbia coat as the collar doesn't flap open and, as they say, "choke" them. We plan to continue production of the Columbia coat.

I couldn't be happier with this coat. I ordered it for my son because I knew Columbia is a great brand and it turned out better than I hoped. It's reversible, easy to clean and has received praise from its classmates for which is very good for Pre-K. I definitely recommend the coat!

Great ski jacket for my 11 year old and stylish too. Thoughtful details, but a ski pass pocket in the sleeve completes the look!

I was very happy with this jacket! I like that the hood fits snugly on the head. In addition, it sits low on the forehead without obstructing the view.

Given prior to a trip to Tahoe. The boy liked it, it was warm and dry. The best he felt was a little dampness on his sleeves as he descended the slope. Dries quickly once we get back to the hotel. All in all he loved it and it fit very well.

I am returning it and ordered a size larger. My son loves it and wears it but it fits 7/8 better than 10/12. We have not tried it on extreme winter weather but my son loves the new jacket..

Grandson loves this jacket. Great colors on the outside and wonderfully soft reversible fabric on the inside. Too bad there isn't a size between 8 and 10 b/c that would be perfect for him. But he'll have plenty of it before he outgrows it. Get a great prize during the Christmas promotions on AMZN.

I liked it very much! It's nice, warm and exactly as described. I bought this in a medium size for my 9 year old and found it fit him perfectly. I was hoping it would give him more room to grow but it will only suit him this year. The only thing I would say is that if you are looking for a jacket that will last more than a few months, I would recommend buying a little more. Otherwise it's great.

This coat is in good condition. No wonder we got great quality but it definitely runs small compared to her normal coat sizes. Be sure to order one size larger!

My son selected this coat in the store in a different color and print but his size was not available. When I saw this on Amazon I was absolutely sure he would love it more and I was right! He loves it but I think I love it even more because I'm once again so proud that Revain have made it again with its great quality and amazingly low prices I couldn't be happier.

The jacket is of good quality but very small. Please note this when ordering. I checked the size chart before ordering but it's a long way. Just be careful and think big when ordering this item.

The picture looks good but as soon as I received the jacket I was disappointed. The sleeves were long and the zipper part was short. Completely disproportionate. I think it runs small too, so I would still send it back.
