If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a coat and the zipper broke in the first few days. So we sent it back and exchanged it. Now the second coat is unbuttoned very hard and my son can't do it by himself. We are now attached to this mantle. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Columbia is no longer bought at my house. Couldn't be more disappointed.

The jacket is smaller than expected, but luckily it fits. It has reversible lettering which would be nice except for the label which reveals when you turn it inside out. It's not warm enough for winter either. On the other hand, the zipper is great and my son loves the way it looks. It fits snugly against the face, which helps with wind.

Good and warm. Bought this jacket for a winter in Ohio to wear with a bib. It looks like it will work fine. My son is 2.5 years old and I bought size 4 xxs. It's a bit big for him, but that's what I wanted. Will wear this winter and next.

My son loves the coat and it fits well. Great deal compared to retail. We have always trusted Colombia and have never let us down.

Looks like a great jacket but as other reviewers say the sizing is definitely not true to size. The fit is great with no clothes underneath. However, jackets need to be lighter (extra fabric) to accommodate extra clothing. Be sure to order the next larger size than you expect.

Great coat for my son. In winter we spend a lot of time outdoors, it keeps him warm. I also like the template and the fact that it can be reserved.

The pattern helps him see his jacket in the chaos of school hooks, fits great, Columbia quality is great and comes with a good guarantee.

My son loves this jacket. Very warm and soft. Also, he thinks it's like Minecraft. There are no zipper issues as I saw in a previous review. But it's been less than a month.

Lovely coat, bought a small one for my 4 year old, swallowed my poor kid. Luckily, the kids are growing up and the Ohio winters last forever. All in all a great warm coat.

I love this coat! This coat is so cute! My son wanted a green coat and I found this for him and he loves it! I ordered the honey size. Not sure what size it will be but my son wears a 7/8 and the average size was a little big but it will be fine. So he will be able to use it again next year. The material is very good and warm. I am very happy with this coat!

I bought this jacket in a small size for my 5 year old to wear for the next two winters. While it's big enough to wear next winter, I highly doubt I'll spend two winters in it. The tag says size 8 but it doesn't fit my 8 year old at all.

We love the coat, this is Columbia's third coat for boys. Compared to other boys' coats of the same age, the differences are clear. It is well made and has easy zippers. The material is softer and in this case reversible. Mass is much better. Our boys won't be wearing the hoods of other coats, but they will wear the Columbia coat, as the collar doesn't show up and, as they say, "smothers" them. We plan to continue production of the Columbia coat.

I love Columbia products. I bought this after reading all the reviews so I was expecting it to be a bit small. My son is an average of 8 years old, weighs about 70 pounds and has opted for a 10/12. I wish it was a little bigger. This coat fits well now and will last through next winter, but probably not much more. To buy an 8 year old kid in size 10/12 I was hoping he could wear it longer. I didn't even think about the next size. But maybe I should have. After trying it on and wearing it around

We only received this jacket today, I felt it necessary to write a review asap as I had mixed feelings about the order (based on the reviews) but was my son excited. He is 10 years old and currently wears size L10/12 shirts. I always order jackets up to a size of 2 years, hopefully when he isn't having a growth spurt. I ordered L (14/16) and based on the reviews I was afraid it would fit like M (10/12) and almost ordered XL. I'm glad I ordered the large, it fits him well, the whole jacket runs…
