I almost never leave these reviews but I felt this one was important to warn people. We got this and after a few days it started smoking. We were in another room and we smelled melting plastic. We checked out that smell. Oil was leaking and smoking everywhere. This is dangerous.

In less than two weeks the diffuser got very hot, oil was running down the wall and smelled like a burned engine. I'm glad I was home to turn it off quickly. The sad thing is that it "worked" so now in order to stop my little cat from butchering my big cat I have to keep supporting the company that tried to burn my house down.

The description is misleading. I was led to believe that the pack would contain one (1) diffuser (which to me means the whole system diffuser and one pheromone cartridge) and one (1) refillable pheromone cartridge. So it is one (1) diffuser and two (2) pheromone cartridges. However, the product ONLY has (1) diffuser and (1) pheromone cartridge.

I hope I got what I ordered, a new and improved system. I hope it works and I hope I set it right. I wouldn't know about these things because there was NO box and NO instructions; The part you stick in the wall just sat in the mailbox. I'm not impressed. Also, I seem to have overpaid by about $10. If my cats learn ballroom dancing, I'll probably calm down.

We have 4 cats and have had cat fights several times a day since we moved in while also getting a new cat at the same time (bad idea). Screams, hisses, flapping furs, all that. Something had to be done. Plugged it into an outlet in my living room and noticed a definite difference within a few days. A few weeks went by and we had an episode or two of hissing every week. No physical aggression! Such a difference! I hope that the situation will continue to improve.

I made a mistake buying two of these diffusers for my cat. I've had them hooked up for a week and they're already halfway gone. Apparently valid for 1 month. Not true! These do nothing at all. I could get the same results by tossing a little over $60 in the trash can. Worse, they are very dangerous! When I unplugged them to go back I found that they were both leaking, especially. the ones in my bedroom. The outlet was flooded with oil and started to burn (as seen above). It's scary to imagine…

Well, our little fluffy baby, pensioner and MOM of the family is a bit "sensitive". She is friendly and really considers us her little kittens. But she's also a little restless.
