CommView is available as a user-hosted and managed application in both server (CommView Multi User) and workstation (CommView Single User) based configuration bundles. The reporting benefits of CommView are also available as a cloud-based service called CommView Web.

Great program and perfect tool in managing multiple projects

I like that it has all my necessary information for each client, such price quote or invoice to be sent out with an easy click button! It's very time consuming when you have so many clients/projects at once but this software really helps me keep everything organized without having tons if tabs open up!! Overall great product not much dislikes just wish there was more customization options than what comes default which can sometimes get annoying since most people want their own customizationsโ€ฆ

  • Very user friendly interface overall (not too cluttered)
  • Great customer service as they are willing listen your suggestions about features

Data Mining Tool - Great for Real Time Reporting, Data Mining, and Data Visualization.

Excellent tool for real time, data mining, and reporting. Support is great, even though the application was installed without any help from us. This is the only tool that can give you so many ways to view data and understand the data. Very flexible and configurable. Supports Linux and Windows, however, Linux has better tools and features built into its system. But, the applications are nearly identical. Easy to use interface, documentation is thorough. A must have for every IT person. Dataโ€ฆ

  • The best visual representation of data out there, with a huge number of views to look at.
  • Good support and quick response times
Cons
  • Can not select/copy/paste into Excel (though you could export into Excel)
  • No Excel support
  • Data mining is very difficult and cumbersome
