Description of COMP Cams SK10 203 4 Camshaft 270H

Best cam for 360-401 with stock converter. Works well with headers and aftermarket intake. Mild rough idle. 1,800-5,800 RPM Operating Range. 224/224 Duration at .050". 110 Degree Lobe Separation Angle. 0.480"/0.480" Valve Lift. SK Kits include a camshaft, a set of lifters, assembly lubricant, a timing set and instructions. Great high RPM power - Best with aftermarket torque converters and at least 9.5:1 compression. Easy on valvetrain parts - Can be used with mild ratio rocker arms and traditional performance valve springs. Fits AMC 290-401 V8. Made in USA.

280H Beast is good for engines and engine parts

installed on an AMC 304. The previous camera was removed so I settled on this 280H from Comp Cams. Very, very aggressive sound for a 304. Unfortunately, the locks didn't fit my factory valves. I also used Felpro valve seals instead of Comp cams. The dealer said they were better. If I could rebuild I would probably choose a slightly less aggressive cam for my 304 due to the low level required for my Jeep. Most likely there will be a new intake and carburetor due to the aggressiveness of this…
