Aggressive and Stable - Quicker off the seat than original Xtreme Energy series, yet stable when used with a rigid valvetrain and performance valve springs. No COMParison - Offer more area under the lift curve than comparable Small Block designs used by other cam companies to "grow" a more aggressive lobe for LS engines. Installed on a 2000 Corvette with heads, manifolds, injectors, intake, TB (factory 80,000 mile short block) and a 482.38 hp dyno. at 6200 rpm and 453.88 lb-ft. @ 4700 rpm on the engine. To put this in context, this is a good idle with vacuum.

Not the comp cam I was expecting

I was going to put a camshaft on my truck and Revain had an open box COMP cam that was in very good condition. I bought a camshaft and waited a week for Revain to deliver it. The tracking number indicated what day the camshaft would be delivered, so I got up in the morning, disassembled the engine and removed the camshaft to be ready to install a new camshaft. Revain supplied a COMP cam and I opened the box and the cam was used and damaged. The serial number on the end of the camshaft did not…
