The ease of use for our staff to be able to create an account and place orders without needing any training. There are still some things that I do not like about this program but all in all it has been helpful with keeping track of inventory and tracking sales for my store. The product has enabled my team to have real-time access to our plants in one place! It was previously difficult for us to keep track of all plant locations as well as information such as when it needs water or fertilizer etc.. Now we are able to do these tasks right from home using this system which helps me be more efficient working at night time with no coworkers around!! This program provides my business with the ability to easily manage its client information by having all of their accounts in one place. It also gives me the flexibility to create custom reports at any time for each account I am managing. The most important aspect of this system for us is that it allows us to keep our database up-to-date via automatic import from other databases if necessary or required.
