The purchase is a failure, very unhappy.

I paid $2419 for it, and I have no idea if the value matches the high price. Judge for yourself. The chair works well for its intended purpose, but the manufacturer's careless disregard for the details mars the experience.

I didnt see good quality, solid disadvantages.

I knew the chair wouldn't be ideal, but not to this extent. Even though I requested a swap for the backrest or the entire set, they simply gave a refund. There are no seats now for my price (I paid less), and everything is more pricey.
