Nice price, good quality.

Excellent headphones, there are of course pitfalls in the form of a wire and backlight. But I personally turn it off on the built-in switch. With its pros: + Premium packaging, it was nice to unpack. + Good sound + Bright and multi-mode backlight (Aura Sync) + High-quality materials and assembly, reliability remains to be seen + Replaceable ear pads included + The presence of an adapter from type-c to usb + The best built-in microphone I've ever seen, it's also detachable +Built-in DAC Some…

Expectations were not met, average quality.

7.1 virtual is marketing, in different games it manifests itself differently, but I would not say that it is directly better than on usb headphones and for 4k. Some people need it, some don't. The sound lacks bass, setting the equalizer through the software helps. With its pros: These are the best gaming headphones within 15k, 100%. Similar sound is possible on analog headphones connected to good sound cards. Everything is here at once! Their sound is so different from the cloud core that I…

The product is of poor quality, I don't recommend it.

A lot of people advertised these headphones and almost everyone said that they are very good for both games and music. Alas, their sound is terrible and the software will not help here. For another year of use, I encountered such a problem that at any moment the sound volume can increase dramatically (asus does not know why this is happening and, as usual, they advise you to reinstall their proprietary software with firmware, but when you just sit listening to music and rises sharply volume up…

Pros
  • Good microphone.
Cons
  • The sound quality is terrible. Asus proprietary software conflicts with some anti-cheats of various online MMORPGs. The build quality also leaves much to be desired.

I am very upset, the product is no good.

I thought that I was buying a flagship item, but I bought a bugged consumer goods, now I plan to sell it and take a headset from another brand

Pros
  • The sound is good, the construction looks quite solid, beautiful lighting (although it’s not necessary for nafig)
Cons
  • The microphone is just "trash" in the sense that it will always fall off for you, when you turn it on, restart your PC, in a game or discord, it doesn't matter (however, certification for discord). With other talkers, brandy is extremely bad, to the point that there is stupidly no sound. On the phone, forget about talkers, if you decide to use this miracle, listen to music as much as possible. You can write a whole book about the proprietary software on which asus put a huge bolt. The only good thing about this headset is the sound. And then the headset itself about the size is not suitable for everyone.

Poor product, the quality is below average.

I was very happy with the purchase, I liked the headphones and the sound was not bad. However, at first the software did not work, and then it turned out that there was no special sense from it. A year later, a problem arose: when you turned on the PC, there might not be sound in the headphones. I had to reconnect them, more than once, in order to "summon the sound." Sometimes the sound also began to wheeze, you know, so slightly, but it was audible and it was not pleasant. Headphones cost not…

Pros
  • Appearance Assembly material Convenient detachable microphone Two pairs of ear pads
Cons
  • Glitchy and useless software from Asus Headphones began to "lose" after more than a year

The right product for me, the price suited me.

It is worth saying that: 1) might be big for you 2) may be too warm 3) can be too heavy (yes, they are not fluff, but you can’t call them super heavy either) 4) software, the disk / flash drive is not included, you will have to look for it yourself. It's pretty simple, I like it /conclusion/ Very good and pleasantly surprising headphones. They are definitely pricey, but they are worth it! I myself took for 11k with a tail, but the price tag reaches almost 15k Listen to music comfortably…

Pros
  • 1) Sound quality. Undoubtedly, it is a must-have here! 2) The quality of the microphone. Similar to the sound ;) + it is removable 3) Appearance, it's just space! 4) Quality of materials 5) Backlight 6) The output of the ears to usb type c, and who does not have a connector for it, there is an adapter for a regular usb (and most importantly, all this is gold-plated!) + Connect to many devices 7) Packing, unpacking (really a separate pleasure!) 8) They sit comfortably and it's very good) 9) On the left ear is a very convenient (really convenient) volume control, and there is also a button for turning the backlight on and off
Cons
  • It is worth noting that these are quite warm headphones, especially with backlight. There are interchangeable ear pads in the kit, but for now I'm sitting in leather ones, for the benefit of noise isolation :) The wire is not removable: / In general, the ears get warm, sweat, but not critical, in winter it would be good, but now it’s summer and the temperature is under 20 and above, take note

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

For a very long time I was looking for everything in one: quality, sound, microphone, appearance and the ability to get rid of my discrete sound card, but without losing sound quality. I went through a fairly large number of gaming headsets. Hyper x, logitech, steelseries, the latest were sennheiser game zero and none of those ears even come close to these. This is really next lvl. To be honest, when I bought them, I was sure that this was probably another marketing and most likely they would…

Pros
  • Quality workmanship, quality materials, design is just a monolith! Headphones made of thick plastic, nothing creaks, no dangles, quality and attention to detail in every millimeter. I really liked how the ear pads are made, the skin is thick, inside is a very attractive filler, I suspect that it is helium. The sound is simply chic, I have not heard this in gaming headphones for a long time, it must be heard, it is unrealistic to explain in words. Positioning, my personal opinion is that these are the best headphones on the market today. You always know exactly where the enemy is and at what distance, for me the game of shooters has just reached a new level, and you don’t need to configure anything, everything works out of the box! It needs to be heard and felt in your own skin. I'm an old cs player, and even for me, positioning in these ears was a surprise, it's something.
Cons
  • Due to the unusual shape of the cups, sometimes it slightly presses on the ears. But given their merits, I'm willing to put up with it. For, this is the only drawback, and not so much annoying. I sit at the computer for 8+ hours.

Revainrating 2 out of 5

A bad product, not worth the money.

The microphone was not tested, because. audio equipment is used. I decided to hand over the headphones, because for their price this is a complete disappointment, I will try audio equipment.

Pros
  • Bought white for my wife. The design is very beautiful, but the backlight shines through the plastic, horror. The assembly is solid, pleasant material, looks very reliable. It's cool that the headphones are spinning, they sit well on the head, about the ear pads, unfortunately, below. The sound is clear, it's cool to listen to music, in games it sounds flat and very high-frequency, so it's not pleasant to play, some discomfort is created from constant high frequencies, I play Apex Legends.
Cons
  • The headphones themselves are very bulky and heavy. They don’t look very good on the head, they stick out in all directions like the old Chinese “G”. They put pressure on the crown. The ear cushions are so soft that the headphones begin to put pressure on the ears, the material is not pleasant when you put them on, you hear all the rustling of the hair, it's just awful, I have the second HyperX Cloud 2 headphones, in this regard they are much better. Extraneous noise is heard through the headphones, this is very bad. The sound is high-frequency, there is little bass, because of this it is noisy and flat, perhaps this can be corrected in the equalizer, I have not tried it. The left earpiece feels quieter than the right. Very hard wire, not flexible, uncomfortable and even short. Again, comparing with hypers, there is no such problem.

I bought ears to replace Logitech G Pro X, they put pressure on my head and I couldn’t sit in them for a long time. Headphones, though bulky, are almost not felt on the head. Given that one of the headbands has a built-in DAC, it's just great. The ears are perfectly tuned presets, you just need to turn off the surround sound and all the enhancers in each preset, and it will be fine. At first, it was unusual to listen to the sound, and it seemed that the headphones were worse than Logitech, but…

Pros
  • Landing, weight, positioning in shooters, appearance.
Cons
  • The wire is non-removable, hard and naughty, plastic at the headband of the headphones. Idiot ARMORY CRATE SOFTWARE! Glitchy, doesn't switch between presets, hangs forever. It is not clear how it is ated. In short, annoying.

Good product, more pros than cons.

Pros: Sound Assembly, nothing creaks Design Backlight Convenience The microphone only needs to be turned down, it hisses a little Cons below: After 2 weeks, the height adjustment on the left stopped holding

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

Beautiful, comfortable, high-quality sound and microphone. For me, there is not enough software functionality or some finer tuning. Before that, I tried cloud orbit - the sound is many times more detailed, the microphone is worse. And unfortunately there is a lot of marriage, he did not bypass me😩

Pros
  • Comfortable, not heavy, excellent microphone, sound for a "gaming headset" at 5.
Cons
  • When buying, a few months ago, the software for settings worked once, then it stopped responding completely, reinstallation helped. Although OS ates are always fresh. At the moment, a bunch of ates have already come out, it seems to be working stably.

For the price, they could have used better quality materials. I was finally convinced of the poor quality of the assembly materials when I had to disassemble the headphones in order to somehow glue them together and return them to a semblance of the original form for further use. Inside the rim is a fragile plastic that just crumbled for reasons I do not understand. I am attaching photographs in which everything is clearly visible (first the incident with the left, and then after 1.5 months…

Pros
  • At first glance, the headphones really leave only positive emotions after use, BUT a year later they just started to fall apart in stages. I want to clarify that I never dropped the headset and treated it with care.
Cons
  • A year later, the left earpiece fell off, the mount simply fell apart, and after 1.5 months it happened again with another earpiece! ONCE AGAIN I Clarify, THE HEADPHONES HAVE NOT FALLED AND WERE NOT EXPOSED TO ANY MECHANICAL INFLUENCE!

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Dissatisfied with this product, bad to use.

I expected a completely different sound from a headset for 12k, especially after all the reviews and reviews about how cool it sounds. I understand that the point is primarily in positioning in games, but it does not seem to me that for the sake of a minimal / imaginary advantage, it is worth sacrificing everything else. The Logitech G430, HyperX Cloud, and even the Siberia 200 sound nicer overall, but cost two to three times less. I decided for myself that in the future I will only buy…

Pros
  • Qualitatively made, backlight fire, interchangeable ear pads, very cool microphone
Cons
  • They don’t sit on the head very well, the software (asus rog armory) is completely miserable - it doesn’t work in half of the applications, it constantly crashes when trying to adjust something. The built-in surround is a kind of mockery - the front virtual "column" in the test sounds exactly the same as the middle and back ones. The music sounds absolutely flat, the sound hurts the ears in places, some heavy mitol turns into mush at a volume above average, the basses are cool, yes. Drumming or classical guitar sound good. I don't even know what to say about games. Without twists in the equalizer, they sound like ordinary headphones, with twists and surround they sound strange - you can hear better, but it’s not easy to understand where exactly the sound comes from, maybe it’s a matter of habit, or maybe the software just doesn’t work properly on my computer. I did not tempt fate, I handed it back to the store.

I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!

This review will be referenced by comparing AUDIO-TECHNICA M50XBT and Sony WH-CH700N, which I also left my opinion here, if anyone is interested. Maybe this will help in the choice. What did the above headphones not suit me? Sonya sound, though good, but too lax, and they radiate over the wire! The M50XBT sound more collected and a little more detailed, while not losing bass, but the mids and highs are clamped. They put a lot of pressure on the head both physically and with sound pressure, the

Pros
  • - the price is justified - if you need an all-in-one device: a gaming headset with a good microphone, with TYPE-C and a built-in DAC, so that the sound plays the same everywhere. - MICROPHONE was highly praised, I wouldn't call it very much, but good. The main thing in it is that it does not catch the sound coming from the headphones even at the high volume of the latter. - PASSIVE SOUND ISOLATION - sound leakage from the headphones to the outside is weak, that is, people standing nearby will not hear what is playing there, as was the case on my AUDIO-TECHNICA M50XBT or Sony WH-CH700N. - COMFORTABLE, on my head (specially I specify 58 cm) they sit well, do not press at all like AT m50xBT. And the sound pressure is not so strong that after half an hour the brain boils. They "do not hang over the soul" like AT. You can easily listen for hours. Didn't really feel the weight. - EARS, not much, but they sweat, as an alternative there are fabric ones. I'm a handler, so I didn't set it, I can't say how they affect the sound. The main thing is they are pleasant, do not press, the size and D shape are good. - QUALITY rgb LIGHT, looked at the lights and turned off. It's not New Year's and I'm not 16. - ROG Armory is scolded by many for crashes and glitches, so far it’s stable for me, I installed it to check out the microphone chips, the EQ is weak like the bassbooster, you can turn them off altogether. - SOUND! I had high expectations. Yes, they sound good, even, the bass is a bit lacking, but there is a middle and good tops - exactly what the AT M50XBT lacked even over the wire. In the Sony WH-CH700N, I had to increase the upper frequencies with an equalizer. - EVERYWHERE THE SAME SOUND? Not really, on a PC it seemed flat to me, I still need to play around with my EQ, VST and Aimp because everything is set up for Edifier r2800. Better on mobile for some reason. - ON A SMARTPHONE (I have OnePLUS 3T) - it's better to listen through Neutron, how good the sound is through it, just as miserable and not user-friendly interface. I advise you to put “Direct USB Access” in the Audio Equipment settings - the sound will become louder and richer. As an alternative - PowerAMP, the sound is a little less detailed, but easy to control.
Cons
  • - Is the price justified? As for music - no, with a cursory listening Fostex T40RP MK3 sound the same and the bass seemed better, but they need an amplifier in the PC, an external DAC or player. 3.5mm is more important for musical headphones, because you can stick it into phones and players. - there is no control either through the wire or on the headphones themselves - this is inconvenient - The MICROPHONE was so praised that in absentia I thought I would become a singer, but no, either he catches everything, or some kind of hiss, Armory moved the sliders for half an hour to understand what affects what. Leave it on medium and it will do. - BASA is not enough, especially after the indicated Sony and AT. But EQ can fix things. BUT! For bass to be good, you need to press the cups towards you. That is, it depends on downforce, which is not enough on my head. - 7.1 was so praised. I didn't get any new experience compared to my speakers. The sound becomes flatter, chirping tops, I didn’t begin to navigate better in space, at least in Division 2, I haven’t tested it in the rest yet. - on a small <58cm head, they sit very uncomfortable, creep down, the headphones are massive - for such a price, they could put a third adapter, to connect not only to a PC, but also to devices with microUSB, I made a sound on my tablet through the USB> microUSB ORICO OTG adapter. A crutch, instead of a complete meter one, you will have to buy a mini TYPE C> USB adapter, plug your USB> microUSB into it and listen like that. Yes, I know a lot about perversions. - massive, the cups rotate, but you can’t fold them compactly. - there is no case, my ancient Senkhov 215 for 2500has an excellent leather case, but here it is not! - On OnePLUS 3T, every time you have to enable OTG storage in the wilds of settings to make your ears work. I don’t have other devices with TYPE-C, maybe this is a bug of my smartphone. - one more not obvious minus - ZHOR BATTERIES OF THE MOBILE DEVICE! I haven't turned on the backlight yet. So get ready, the battery on the mobile will fly away much faster than conventional wired headphones.

It is impossible to use, a bad product.

Service. I came across additional fabric ear pads in the kit, both for the right ear (one should be on the left, the right one does not fit in the place of the left). (photo attached) To eliminate this "malfunction", the ASUS service needed me to bring this headset to them for diagnostics. They kept (diagnosed a malfunction) for a MONTH, with a reply that the malfunction was unrecoverable (SERIOUS?) They sent it to the store (where I bought it) to change it to a new set. They were taken there…

Pros
  • 1. If you do not have a good sound card (at least for 10k) - this headset is a good option, because. built-in DAC is good. BUT - it's better to spend money on a sound card and buy ordinary headphones to your liking, or another headset without a DAC. It will be more expensive, but better in the future. 2. Two sets of ear pads, fabric and leather or leatherette (xs), fabric is more convenient, in leather / leatherette - better bass and sound insulation, the sound is generally felt better. 3. The sound is objectively good, not fantastic, but very good. As in music and films, in games - to a greater extent. Positioning works well, despite the fact that in the sound volume tests of the stock asus rog armory software, the difference between front-left - rear left, front-right - rear right is almost impossible to catch, . if there is one. The difference is at the level of self-deception, but everything works fine in shooters. 4. The microphone is very good, perhaps due to the headphone dac. The voice sounds good. In principle, for projects of medium severity, you can even write a voice on it and not buy a separate microphone. 5. Tactilely pleasant, they give the impression of a quality and reliably made thing.
Cons
  • 1. Service. I ran into him immediately after the purchase - by modern standards it is extremely bad, they work purely to the maximum of the framework of the law on consumer protection. If you run into a problem - get ready to get sick (harder word replaced). In general, it is no match for the service of the same logitech (more details in the comments). 2. The left ear of the earpiece really heats up a little. In the heat and in leather ear cushions - soars. In fabric and when a little cooler - no. 3. Backlight. Customizable. Xs why is it needed at all, it would be better if they removed it and dropped 1-2k from the cost. Who is using it? For what? Write in the comments plz, really interesting. 4. Asus rog armory official program. I had problems with her. Judging by what they write on the Internet, most likely, you will either not encounter a problem, or you will encounter and not solve it in any way. My program crashes when I try to set the equalizer. At the first launch of the program, changes in the settings were felt, and the utility really helps to reveal the sound of the headset to the maximum, but after the first launch, no settings-improvements stupidly work. Technical support could not solve the problem, (teared everything clean and reinstalled it in different ways a dozen times, turning off everything from startup, etc.) offered to take it for diagnostics, the second time it was not lucky. 5. Several times (3-4) the headphones went into ultrasonic white noise. It feels like Kantyo, but only the input interface is your ears: suddenly the volume is pushed to the very limit, and in the white noise format, the entire range of the highest frequencies that is possible is immediately output. After sticking them out of the usb - passes. Perhaps the problem is in my PC, but with the previous usb headset there have never been such problems in years. 6. For some reason, leather ear cushions are already fabric, because of this, the ears come into contact with the plastic of the headphones and get tired more. 7. The wire breaks. 8. Too heavy. For long sitting it is better to pick up a headset easier.
