Wasn't waterproof at all for me.

IPX5 rating sounds like crap to me. I used it on the deck of my Sunfish during race prep. It worked well for a few uses and I really, really liked it. It has occasionally been splashed on deck, but IPX5 means it "withstands a low-pressure jet of water". There will be no pressure, squirting will be infrequent and he will never submerge unless he is upside down, which he never was. Nevertheless, it splashed more than usual during one ride and everything was fogged up. I let it dry overnight, but…

Pretty good for the price

Overall good value for money --- the device is very useful in everyday life. The basic software still needs some work: Firstly, the installation is very confusing and some aspects of the user interface are still puzzling to me. The speedometer does strange things when the GPS signal overlaps: when driving through a wooded section of the trail, you might notice that the displayed speed suddenly drops by about 40% (but the odometer still works well). Better software could mitigate this problem…

Looks good, but a bit buggy

I love the simple design of this unit and after watching a few installation videos it looked nice. However, after trying to set up my device, I wasn't that thrilled. The settings button on the back seems to respond erratically. Sometimes it works with 1 press, sometimes with 2 or 3 and then with 1. I couldn't get the device to find a GPS signal for a long time and I was outside under a clear sky. When I got back inside, the device finally connected and I found myself walking through the house…

MUCH better than wired ones!

I used to have a wired bike computer and recently a wireless one. But none was as practical and groundbreaking as this little bike computer. There is literally no need to install sensors or cables, or even perform complex wheel calibrations. Just install the computer yourself (takes about 10 minutes) and boom, you're done! I was a bit apprehensive about this at first, but after watching a few YouTube videos and testing it myself, I definitely saw it after waiting for the mandatory GPS signal…

Setup can be difficult

I really like the easy to read screen. Those old eyes are getting younger. I finally did my first trip with this GPS and drove about 10 miles. I compared it to my app tracker on my phone and it was within 0.10 miles. Not bad considering I don't drive long distances anyway. And who said that the application for the phone is correct.
