I need a line of indulgence that is strong and looks like an OEM. That was excellent. I bought 2 of these. Because I need to change the tip a bit. After cutting it through I noticed how durable and well made it is. Perfect for my overkill project.

Did what it was supposed to do! I've used it in my Brewers Best 16 gallon kettle and now get at least an extra gallon of wort out with no problem when I try to lift or tilt the kettle onto the burner to get the last few gallons.

Added dip tubes before and after the ball valve on the tank wall. During this year's Mayhaw Jelly harvest, we were able to scoop more usable product out of the pot and organize foam-free filling into jars. The pot and dip tubes allowed us to process juice batches 8 times larger than usual, a significant increase over previous harvests.

Purchased to replace the draft tube/slide valve on my SS Brewtech kettle because it kept clogging the hops. I couldn't screw it into the ball valve. I also tried to see if it would mate with other popular 1/2" NPT threaded fittings but it doesn't. Maybe I have one with a bad thread? Otherwise this is a well made intake manifold. Even the weld is nice and clean! wish it worked!

Questionable sweat quality - I wouldn't use this for anything meant to be hygienic. The extra wide tube (5/8" I think) is great - doesn't clog, doesn't restrict flow like 1/2" fork tubes. I use one of these in my cooker (cooks for at least an hour with each use) and one in my later bath (no hygiene required). Minus 1 star for sloppy TIG work.

This worked great for my 10 gallon igloo mash tun! I brew in a bag so I don't use a double bottom. I attached it directly to the bulkhead of the cooler and after pulling out the bag I was able to suck up the remaining wort! The high flow tube was definitely worth the extra dollars - I poured almost 8 gallons of wort in under a minute!

Nice smooth welds all around. I use 2 of these in my brew kettle, one in the bottom port that faces down to get more beer out of the kettle at the end of the boil and a second in the top port that faces to the side to help get the whirlpool up to set the end of the boil. I wasn't expecting much from the top as it wasn't meant for that, but wow it created such a good vortex that I had to step back to make sure I wasn't sucked in.
