Damn hard to put on

Damn hard to break, I use this tire as a front tire because it probably grips the road better and I think the rear tire is slick. Although I may change them at some point. The tire is REALLY hard to mount and if you can't mount the last bit don't try to move forward, back off a bit and then try again because it's not worth the frustration (and your money ruin). it). ).

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Reliability

Big good stuff. Best in Cycling

Most people have complained that they are difficult to install but I found it easy with the right tool. They're tricky to install if you're used to hand-mounting folding tires, but if you buy three tire repair tool kits for about $6, installation is super easy, and they're small enough to fit in your bike bag fit. if you get an apartment in the future. I'm used to manually mounting motorcycle tires and it's pretty much the same.

Fitment ratings are correct

These tires are a hassle to fit. ended up having a tube punctured trying to install it after trying to thin this tire on the rim for too long. 2 identical tires - 2 identical rims and tubes - one ran as expected (slowly and carefully) and inflated normally. The second one just didn't fit - tried heating the tire to get more flex - just couldn't get the tire on the rim? Disappointment sets in - the thing should fit. I'll use my metal hoop tool. Yes I punctured the tube and scratched the rim…

Almost impossible to mount on a tire rim!

This tire is ridiculously difficult to mount on a rim. I bought two in March and after a few hours of fighting I managed to get one of these onto the tire rim. I tried to put the second one on for about an hour and in the process I managed to hurt myself and damage the tyre! I gave up and rode a different bike all summer. Then in August I ordered another one to replace the damaged one and to this day I can't fit that tire on my bike! I ordered the right size and have years of experience fitting

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Durable wire bead. The road tire with the highest puncture resistance.

Although I have had a lot of trouble fitting this tire on my 1987 Araya aluminum rim, I would still recommend it to any cyclist who rides on city streets. Puncture resistance is absolutely top-notch for the usual road debris we encounter, including broken glass, sharp gravel and sharp-edged cement splinters, as well as bumps in the pavement. THERE ARE NO flat clincher tires. Unless you ride solid airless/polyurethane tires, BICYCLE TIRES WILL INFLATE AND EVENTUALLY BURN. I see pictures of these

Great LA Street Tires

I have an old and weathered 24 speed road bike that still handles well (looks like the routes will last). I bought this tire at my local bike shop after blowing out my rear tire and noticing how badly it was tearing. I was looking for an alligator skin line but they didn't have it in 25mm. I like a thickness of 2-3mm because it is more comfortable in turns. Although this tire weighs a little more than an Alligator, it still handles very well. I'm driving through the urban rot of Los Angeles…
