broken block? Idle Control Valves

The device is not working properly. I installed it (unfortunately after the return window closed), and it idles +1200 and doesn't fall within the normal range (600 rpm). Could just be a bad block. My fault for not installing it sooner I guess. Spring. Lesson learned.
