Indecisiveness and bad idle?

Worked on my Toyota Tacoma 96 2.7L manual transmission. My truck fell on my face after the ride. So when I was stopped at a traffic light or whatever (stalled due to a freeway exit or something) I would have real stutters at idle, almost like a misfire. And I was looking on You Tube and saw a video of a truck doing the same thing so I decided to give it a try. I recently replaced plugs, cords and all vacuum lines.
