Discarded on meat

Probe used 2 times. The third time the probe was everywhere. Readings from minus 10 degrees to 50 degrees on a steak that has never been frozen. Those probes and the device that uses them are done.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • No color required

Pulled it out of the roast and it broke.

So once the roast was at the right temperature, I pulled out the probe, left it in the grill, and turned the grill off. Now it's stuck at 520°F and the probe isn't working. This was in a pellet grill that was set at 250° so I'm not sure how it got to 520° in the first place.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires outlet
