Corrosion X is a great product and works as advertised; it's just as toxic as Dickens and should never be left on your skin. Because it is such a good rust preventative/remover I will continue to use it on any gun I keep for a long period of time. We used this stuff for everything while I was crewing a coast guard patrol boat. It worked better than anything to protect against prolonged exposure to sea salt spray. In fact, that's where most of this good is used - on boats.
