This is the ideal vacuum cleaner for shops. I run around the house with this vacuum cleaner and clean everything. My last project was sanding and repainting my kitchen cabinets and this vacuum did a perfect job with all that sanding sludge. Cleaning the vacuum cleaner is also very easy. Overall, what I like best is that I can replace the battery when the vacuum dies.

This is meant to be a short review. First the positives is that the device uses the same handcrafted battery pack as their other products, the storage case can be easily removed. The downside is that it just doesn't have enough suction power for what I wanted to use it for. I was hoping I could use this to remove dog hair from my truck, but it didn't work. This works much better on tile or wood than on carpet.

I've made the switch to all wireless devices this year, replacing a lot of devices that require a cord with cordless ones. I took with me a small vacuum, a grinder, a trimmer, a weed drill and a flashlight wirelessly. Craftsman products are well thought out. Replaceable batteries are a big advantage. This vacuum cleaner is particularly suitable for light work. I mainly use it on my cars and front mud room.

Has a design flaw. The filter can be installed in two ways. If the word "UNDERSTAND TO REMOVE" is on the top of the plastic manifold on the filter, you can attach the manifold, but the manifold cannot be removed if: the release button is moved, it is pressed lightly and the manifold is removed. Remove the filter and insert it by rotating it 180 degrees. The captain has been informed.

I stupidly bought this because I have another Craftsman V20 series tool. This portable vacuum cleaner is very disappointing. It sucks very poorly and, in my honest opinion, is only suitable for vacuuming up sawdust. Very bad for carpets or fabrics, you need to clean to pick up pretty much everything from those surfaces.
