I wear a size 9 1/2 or 10. I bought the large, Stomp 2. They are great. Very stable. My foot stays where I put it. Doesn't wobble or rotate. My heel never touches my grip - ever. The center is slightly below the edges. The central wave is not felt at all. Get them and grow big.

This is a quality pedal with 8mm traction pins, feet stick to the pedals like glue. You can buy 10mm from Crankbros but I can't see why I need them. I run a small size for shoes up to a size 9 (which I have and it fits perfectly); Sizing is what you would expect from a "standard" or universal pedal size. I have a "raw" color that basically looks and feels like galvanized steel. It's a great industrial look that goes perfectly with my 2005 Cannondale Furio 600, which also has a polished aluminum

I bought these pedals for my wife's cruiser which is her main mode of transportation and she wore the standard pedals smoothly! It can drive more safely without slipping and has much more power. You should know that although she has a cruiser, she is an aggressive and powerful cyclist who puts in 20 miles a day. Pedals snap easily into place. The screws (you'll need a hex wrench as that's not included) had to be countersunk to their lowest position, which wasn't much deeper than they came from…
