Description of 🔥 Enhanced Temperature Resistance: Creality Hardened Upgraded

[Super Durable Tungsten Material] MK8 extruder nozzles are made by paramount hardened tungsten steel, with long life use time than the normal brass nozzle. The hardness is over HRC60 can reduce the abrasion to the inner and outer of the nozzle during long time printing, more heat-resistant than ordinary brass nozzle,MK nozzles is harder than brass nozzles, which makes it durable accurate and compatible with more filaments. [High Temperature Resistance ] The max temp of this hardened tool steel nozzle could reach at 450c, suitable for 3D printing at high temperature, compatible material from PLA,ABS to carbon fiber, even PEEK. [High Precision] these 3D printer nozzles keep stable temperature during printing let the filament out evenly, create more perfect printer item than normal metal nozzle. Also with higher print speed in same print precision. Not easy clog during printing, easy to clean. Made with centering CNC precision automatic lathe and one-time forming technology, make sure the input and output holes are concentric and the interior of nozzle is smooth without burrs. [Applicability and Compatibility] Our Creality Nozzles suit to almost all FDM printer, could install to MK8 heating block. Our tungsten nozzles fit for 3D Printer Makerbot Creality Ender 3 series and CR-10 series 3D printer, MK8 Makerbot Reprap Prusa I3, compatible with all 1.75mm PLA ABS 3D printer. Fit exactly like the original. [Package] Package comes with 5 pieces of black different size MK8 nozzles, the size is 0.2mm/0.3mm/0.4mm/0.5mm/0.6mm, sufficient quantity and size to facilitate your timely replacement, achieving quality printing.

Better than I originally thought!

Too many brass bits are not very high quality and wear out too quickly, even for brass. So what to do? Switch to hardened steel. They will eventually be worn in about 10 years. At first I thought they were mislabeled when they arrived. The tip seemed to be the same size for everyone and that size seemed to be around 0.8 or 1.0mm BUT NOT THAT! The ends are cut off and the hole is correct as indicated. The reason for this reduction appears to be print quality. don't pull on the pressure, pull on…

(for steel nozzles) EXTREME HUSTLE not worth it

I just took these because I needed more and I figured why not try something new right? Not correct. Be aware: the moment you change nozzles, everything you knew about your printers, filaments, margins, etc. will be thrown out of whack. Now understand that the different thermal properties of the material (compared to brass) make the pressure window for parameters much, much shorter and in case of many filaments leave none. This means that many of the filaments you used to print are virtually…

False advertising Steel not hardened

I ordered these tips a few months ago because I wanted to try different tip sizes for better speed or quality depending on the situation. Sometimes I use glow in the dark, wood and some other fibrous materials. The (real) .4 hardened steel bits I've used have been excellent, but I haven't been able to find many h/s options in other sizes. I've just started using them as I've also ordered some regular brass nzls and am trying to only use them on threads that need them. The 2 I tried clogged…
